Short Information
Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Services Selection Commission (UPSSSC) has released the Preliminary Eligibility Test (PET) 2026 notification. UPSSSC PET is not a direct job recruitment — it's a mandatory qualifying exam that every candidate must pass before applying for Group B and C posts (Lekhpal, Junior Assistant, Forest Guard etc.) in UP government. PET 2026 applications open in April 2026. Graduates and 10th/12th pass candidates are eligible depending on the target post. PET score is valid for one year — qualifying once opens doors to multiple UP government job applications.
