Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has released 349 Assistant Commandant (AC) vacancies across BSF, CRPF, CISF, ITBP, and SSB under Advertisement No. 08/2026-CPF. Physical Eligibility Standards
- •Male: Height — 165 cm (157.5 cm for ST), Chest — 81-86 cm, 100m in 16 sec, 800m in 3 min 45 sec, Long Jump — 3.5m, High Jump — 1.2m.
- •Female: Height — 157 cm (152 cm for ST), Weight — 46 kg (44 kg for ST), 100m in 18 sec, 800m in 4 min 45 sec, Long Jump — 2.7m, High Jump — 0.9m.
Physical failure = disqualification even if written + interview marks are high.
