Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has released 1,170 Stenographer Grade C and Grade D vacancies for central government departments. Applications open from 24 April to 15 May 2026. Grade C (Group B, Non-Gazetted) and Grade D (Group C) posts require 12th pass along with stenography skills in Hindi or English. Selection: Written Exam + Skill Test (Stenography). No interview. Qualification

Selection Process
- •Written Exam: Objective type — General Intelligence & Reasoning, General Awareness, English Language & Comprehension.

No Interview — Written Exam merit + Skill Test qualification = final selection.
