- •Eligible candidates for NSRY NAY Designated Trade Apprentice Recruitment 2026 must submit their application by India Post within the specified last date. Step 1 – Download Application Format: Obtain the application format as published in the official advertisement in Employment News (28 Mar – 3 Apr 2026). Step 2 – Fill Application Form: Enter trade applied for, personal details, father's name, date of birth, educational qualifications (SSC/ITI Theory/ITI Practical marks), name of ITI with address, category, and all other required details carefully. Step 3 – Affix Photo: Affix latest passport-size colour photo with navy blue background, attested by a Gazetted Officer or ITI Principal, in the space provided on the application form. Step 4 – Attach Documents: Attach all required attested copies of documents — SSC Marksheet, ITI Marksheet, Community Certificate (SC/ST/OBC), PAN Card, Aadhaar Card, Character Certificate, disability certificate (if applicable), Armed Forces/Ex-serviceman certificate (if applicable), and NCC/Sports certificates (if any).
